It’s the 20th anniversary of the Nike Air Max Plus, and one of its original colorways like the Sunset theme is making a comeback. Officially colored in a mixture of Black, Pimento, and Ceramic Resin, the model was originally designed by Sean McDowell, and he was inspired by a Florida sunset, which explains the mesh upper covered in the dramatic sunset tone. The sneaker’s signature wavy black synthetic overlays are a nod to the palm trees that inspired McDowell when designing the shoe in sunshine state, while a translucent plastic toe cap, white midsole and orange Air Max unit completes the design.
