The Nike Air Alpha Force 88 made its debut in 1988. At first, it didn’t garner much attention or traction, but that all changed the moment Michael Jordan decided to wear them instead of his Air Jordan 3s during a game against the New York Knicks. This new colorway of the model comes dressed in a White, Neutral Grey, Black, and Tech Grey color scheme. The sneaker is given a White textured leather upper decorated with perforations on the ankled and toe, while the tongues and side Swooshes are constructed out of a sleek leather. Other defining features include the mesh on the collars, the Nike branded midfoot strap, the “Air Force” logo on the tongues and the additional Nike Air hits on the heels and insoles.
