The Carhartt WIP x New Balance 990v1 reimagines the model as its design (and that of the entire collection) is built around the idea of the sculpture center, a composite of humble neighborhood gyms found across America. What you end up getting is a 990v1 consisting of a palette of Dark Blues and Greys made up of a mesh base and hairy suede overlays. Other details include the New Balance branding on the right tongue tag and Carhartt WIP branding on the left. Leather hits land on the heel tab and “N” branding, while co-branded insoles and heels are also in play.
