107The adidas Ultra Boost 5.0 DNA Pride is part of the 2022 adidas x Kris Andrew Small Pride Collection, which was inspired by the Stonewall Activists of the Stonewall Uprising in 1969. This collaboration offers a collection in solidarity & celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community’s past & present, honouring unique belonging – creating a colourful & diverse graphic message among this inclusive & optimistic collection.
The adidas Ultra Boost 5.0 DNA Pride comes with an upper that is made with a high-performance yarn which contains at least 50% Parley Ocean Plastic — reimagined plastic waste, intercepted on remote islands, beaches, coastal communities and shorelines, preventing it from polluting our ocean. The other 50% of the yarn is recycled polyester. Notable design details include the multicolored pattern on the lining, outsole and the “LOVE UNITES” text on the insoles and lace overlay.
