A sneaker many sneakerheads have been dying to hear more about is the Air Jordan 1 “Shattered Backboard.” Ever since this new colorway hit the scene, people have been going crazy about this Air Jordan 1. After already seeing a plethora of detailed photos, we finally have the sneaker’s official release date! The Air Jordan 1 “Shattered Backboard” is inspired by the Jersey Michael Jordan was wearing when he shattered the backboard during a 1985 Nike exhibition game in Italy. The sneaker’s Team Orange, White, and Black makeover comes from the Jersey he was wearing, and the Shattered Backboard graphic on the insoles will forever commemorate that moment.
